Growing up in New England set the foundation for a life and career that would take me across nearly every corner of the country. Along the way, I’ve met thousands of people, built countless connections, made a few lifelong friends, and learned that if even one person felt genuinely impacted by our time together, every mile was worth it.
My career has always centered around people. I’ve worked everything from family-owned businesses to a multinational corporation representing one of the most recognized brands in the world. For more than a decade now, Nashville, Tennessee has been home — a place I share with my wife, April, and our troublesome yet undeniably handsome American Staffordshire Terrier, Max. When we’re not pursuing our professional goals, we’re exploring the world, discovering new cultures, and chasing the next adventure.
Today, my work is focused on helping people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next career step. My approach is simple: real conversations, practical guidance, and a commitment to what truly matters to each person I meet. Through years of supporting clients through career transitions, I’ve learned that clarity begins with curiosity — and I love helping people see what becomes possible when they give themselves permission to dare to dream bigger than they ever have before.
“Wisdom, happiness, and courage are not waiting somewhere out beyond sight at the end of a straight line; they’re part of a continuous cycle that begins right here. They’re not only the ending but the beginning as well.” — The Tao of Pooh
